No. We never use razors on tempered glass, and we test any scraping on a corner first. Your glass is the one thing we're most careful with.
Usually, yes. Light mineral spotting comes off with a restoration compound. Heavy etching that's been baked in for years can be improved but not always fully removed — we'll tell you honestly on site.
