What an exterior clean includes

Every exterior pane is scrubbed with a soft washer, squeegeed by hand and detailed at the edges with a microfiber so nothing drips onto the sill or the stucco. Tracks and sills on the outside are wiped down as part of the job.

Where a house has second-story glass or a lanai enclosure, we use water-fed poles with purified water so there's no ladder against your gutters and no mineral spotting left behind when it dries.

Sliding doors, lanai and pool-cage glass, transoms, and front-door glass are all part of an exterior clean. If it's glass on the outside of the house, it's on the list.

Why exterior-only is the most popular option

You don't need to be home. Unlock the gate, we do the work, and you get a text with photos when we're done. It's the fastest way to make the whole house look sharper from the street and from inside looking out.

Most homeowners on the Treasure Coast book an exterior clean once or twice a year and add the inside every other visit. We can set that up as recurring service so you never have to think about it.

How we protect your glass and your home

We never use razor blades on tempered glass. Scraping is only done after testing a corner, and only on glass that can take it. Ladders get standoffs so they never rest on gutters or the lanai cage.

Landscaping gets covered where we're working above it, and we rinse any cleaning solution off plants and pavers before we leave.
