How much does window cleaning cost in Port St. Lucie?
Every home and building is different, so we don't publish prices. Call or text 772-243-1234 with your address and what you want cleaned, and you'll have a firm number the same day, usually within the hour. You get one number for the whole job before we start; no counting panes at the door and no add-ons when we're done.
How often should I have my windows cleaned in Florida?
Twice a year keeps most homes looking sharp: once after pollen season and once after summer storms. Homes near the water or with sprinklers hitting the glass benefit from every three to four months.
Do I need to be home?
Not for exterior-only cleaning. Just unlock the gate and we'll text you photos when we're done. For inside-and-out, we do need someone to let us in.
Will you scratch my glass?
No. We never use razors on tempered glass, and we test any scraping on a corner first. Your glass is the one thing we're most careful with.
Are tracks and sills included?
Yes, on every full home clean. Tracks are vacuumed and wiped, sills are detailed by hand so water isn't sitting on your stucco or trim.
Can you get sprinkler stains off?
Usually, yes. Light mineral spotting comes off with a restoration compound. Heavy etching that's been baked in for years can be improved but not always fully removed. We test a pane and tell you honestly on site.
Do you clean sliding doors and lanai glass?
Yes. Sliders, lanai and pool enclosure glass are part of every home clean.
Do you do commercial window cleaning?
Yes. Recurring routes for storefronts, offices, medical practices, restaurants and HOA or condo properties across the Treasure Coast, usually before you open.
Do you do window tinting?
Yes. Residential and commercial flat-glass window film for heat, glare, UV and privacy. We bring samples and check your glass type before recommending a film.
What's your guarantee?
Streak-free or we come back. If a window doesn't look right after we leave, call within 48 hours and we'll redo it at no charge.
How do I pay?
Card, cash, Zelle or Venmo, after the job is done and you've walked around and looked at everything.
Is there a travel fee?
No. We cover Port St. Lucie, Tradition, St. Lucie West, Fort Pierce, Hutchinson Island, Jensen Beach, Stuart, Sewall's Point, Palm City, Hobe Sound and Vero Beach with no travel charge.
