How a visit works

Quick answer: Quote by call or text (same day), schedule with a two-hour window, clean every pane with the scrub-squeegee-detail method, walk through together, pay after. Owner on every step.

1. Quote

Call or text with your address and what you want done: exterior only, inside and out, a storefront, tinting. Most quotes are answered within the hour from what we can see; if we need to look first, we'll say so. You get one firm number for the whole job.

2. Schedule

Pick a day that works. You get a two-hour arrival window, not 'sometime Tuesday,' and a text when we're on the way. Exterior-only jobs don't need you home; unlock the gate and we'll text photos when we're done.

3. The clean

Every pane gets the same method: scrub with a strip washer, squeegee, detail the edges, wipe the sill. Purified water through water-fed poles on exterior and upper glass so it dries spot-free. Inside: drop cloths, shoe covers, nothing moved without asking, blinds put back. Tracks vacuumed and wiped, sills detailed. Sliders and lanai glass always included.

4. Walkthrough

When we're done, we walk the house with you. If a window doesn't look right, it gets fixed then. For exterior-only jobs with no one home, you get photos of the finished glass.

5. Payment and next time

You pay after you've looked, not before. Card, cash, Zelle or Venmo. If you want, we'll put you on a recurring schedule (twice a year, quarterly or monthly) so you never have to think about it again.

What we bring, and what we don't leave

Our own water, buckets, poles, drop cloths and shoe covers. We don't need your hose or an outlet. When we leave, there's nothing on the driveway, nothing in the flower beds and no wet spots on the sills. Rinse water from exterior work is plain water with a trace of soap and is rinsed off any plants it reaches.

For inside work, we ask before we move anything. Furniture that has to shift to reach a window goes back where it was. Blinds and shades are raised and lowered by hand and returned to the position we found them in.
