Streak-free, or we come back
Our guarantee is one sentence, and the owner is the one who honors it.
Quick answer: Streak-free or we come back. If a window doesn't look right after we leave, call within 48 hours and we'll redo it at no charge. You pay after the walkthrough, not before.
The guarantee, in plain words
Streak-free or we come back. If a window doesn't look right after we leave, call within 48 hours and we'll redo it at no charge.
That's the whole thing. No forms, no conditions about weather or what kind of glass it is. If you're not happy with a window, we come back and fix it.
You pay after the walkthrough
When we're done, walk the house with us (or look at the photos we text you for an exterior-only job). If something isn't right, we fix it then. You pay after you've looked, not before. Card, cash, Zelle or Venmo.
What we don't guarantee, and say so up front
Etched glass: minerals that sat for years can permanently damage the surface. We'll improve it and tell you honestly what won't come out. Failed seals: fog between double-panes can't be cleaned by anyone. Rain: clean glass doesn't get dirty from rain, but dirt washing off a roof or frame can spot it; if that happens within a couple of days, call and we'll touch it up.
Why we can offer it
The owner does the work. There's no crew to blame and no office to call. If Giovanni cleaned it, Giovanni fixes it.
