Why we don't publish prices
Two houses on the same street can be very different jobs. One has twelve standard windows; the other has a two-story front entry, a wall of sliders to the lanai and sprinkler spotting on every lower pane. A published price list either overcharges the first house or undercharges the second. So we quote each property individually, and we do it fast.
What changes the price
How many windows and how big they are. Whether it's exterior only or inside and out. Single-story or two-story. Sliders, lanai and pool enclosure glass. How long since the last clean. Whether there's hard water buildup that needs restoration instead of cleaning. For businesses: square footage of glass, frequency of the route and whether interior glass is included.

Recurring service
If you'd rather never think about it, ask about a recurring schedule: twice a year, quarterly or monthly. We'll set it up when we quote.
