A local owner, on every job

Who you're hiring

Royal Window Shine is a one-owner window cleaning and window tinting company based in Port St. Lucie, Florida. It's run by Giovanni King, and when you book, Giovanni is the one who shows up. There's no call center, no subcontractors and no crew that's never seen your house.

We serve homes and businesses across the Treasure Coast: Port St. Lucie, Tradition, St. Lucie West, Fort Pierce, Hutchinson Island, Jensen Beach, Stuart, Sewall's Point, Palm City, Hobe Sound and Vero Beach, with no travel fee.

How we clean

Scrub, squeegee, detail the edges, wipe the sill. That's the method on every pane, every time. Purified water on exterior glass so it dries spot-free. No razors on tempered glass. Tracks vacuumed and sills detailed by hand so water isn't sitting on your stucco or trim.

Inside, we use drop cloths and shoe covers, we don't move anything without asking, and blinds go back exactly how they were.

How pricing works

We don't publish prices because every home and building is different: number of windows, height, how long since the last clean, and whether there's hard water buildup all change the job. Call or text 772-243-1234 with your address and what you want done, and you'll have one firm number the same day, usually within the hour. That's the number you pay. No counting panes at the door and no add-ons when we're done.

Our guarantee

Streak-free or we come back. If a window doesn't look right after we leave, call within 48 hours and we'll redo it at no charge. You pay after the job, after you've walked around and looked at everything. Card, cash, Zelle or Venmo.

Window tinting

Alongside cleaning, we install flat-glass window film on homes, storefronts and office buildings for heat, glare, UV and privacy. We bring samples, check your glass type first, and only recommend a film that's appropriate for it.
