What we cover

Clubhouse and amenity-center glass inside and out, pool-area enclosures, lobby and mailroom glass, fitness room mirrors and windows, guardhouses and gate glass, and any common-area doors and sidelights. Individual units can be added for residents who want their own glass done on the same visit.

Working with managers and boards

One point of contact, a written scope, a fixed schedule and a single monthly or per-visit invoice. We can present to a board if you're comparing vendors.

Resident-facing scheduling can be handled by us: we'll post a notice or coordinate with your office so no one is surprised by a ladder.

A typical association schedule

Most communities settle on monthly clubhouse and lobby glass, quarterly for guardhouse and gate glass, and a twice-a-year deep clean of pool-area enclosures. Resident unit add-ons are offered on the same visit days so nobody has to arrange a separate appointment. If the board changes the frequency, it's a text, not a contract amendment.

For a new community, we walk the property with the manager first, count the glass, and send a written scope with the schedule laid out for the year so it can go straight into the budget. If the board wants to compare vendors, we're glad to present at a meeting and answer questions directly.
